Common questions

How do I stage a room? Create a listing, add a room, and upload or take a photo of the empty space. RoomCart returns a staged image; you can then generate a reveal video.
What are credits? Each staged photo uses 1 credit and each reveal video uses 5 credits. New accounts include free starter credits.
How do I share a listing? Every listing gets a branded showcase link you can send to buyers; leads are captured back to your Contacts.
How do I delete my account? In the app, tap your profile, then Account → Delete account. See our account deletion page for details on what’s removed.
