Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RoomCart, operated by CloudSourcing Sdn. Bhd. (“RoomCart”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

RoomCart provides AI virtual staging of room photos, shoppable carts that match staged items to real, buyable products, cinematic reveal videos, branded showcase pages, and lead capture for real-estate professionals.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You’re responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. New email accounts must verify their email address.
• You must provide accurate profile information (including your real license/REN where shown to consumers).

3. Credits, plans & billing

• Paid features run on credits (e.g. staged photos and reveal videos). Plans grant a monthly credit allowance; one-time packs add credits that don’t expire.
• Prices are shown in your market’s currency (USD or MYR). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed yearly.
• Plan changes are prorated and applied to your existing subscription. Manage or cancel anytime via the billing portal.
• Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the paid period.
• Credits and AI outputs are consumables tied to your account and have no cash value.

4. Teams

A Team (agency) plan shares one credit pool across invited agent seats. The team owner manages billing, seats, and the agency brand; each agent keeps their own profile and affiliate settings. Removing an agent reverts them to a free solo account; their own listings remain theirs.

5. Your content & generated outputs

• You retain ownership of the room photos and listing information you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process them to provide the service.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload your photos and to market the listings.
• Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the staged images and reveal videos we generate for marketing your listings.

6. Virtual staging disclosure

Staged images and videos are computer-generated representations, not photographs of the actual furnished property. You are responsible for disclosing virtual staging as required by your MLS, board, or local regulations.

7. Shoppable products & affiliate links

• RoomCart does not sell furniture. Cart items link to third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Shopee, Lazada, IKEA). Prices, availability, and product details are controlled by those sellers and may change or be inaccurate.
• “Buy” links may carry affiliate tags. Where you configure your own affiliate ID, you may earn commissions; RoomCart and/or its partners may also earn commissions. Purchases are between you/your buyers and the marketplace.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload content you don’t have rights to; misrepresent properties; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI/quota; or resell the service without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs can contain inaccuracies and are for illustrative marketing only. We don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of matched products or prices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomCart and CloudSourcing Sdn. Bhd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your listings, or your misuse of the service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for risk/abuse. Some provisions survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give additional notice. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
